Campden Hill Gardens / Notting Hill

The project in Campden Hill Gardens concerns a full refurbishment of a large terrace house in Notting Hill overlooking Holland Park.
The most prominent features are its large bay windows and a spectacular panoramic view from the top floor that we enhanced with full width glass sliding doors.

Major structural alterations were carried out and walls were removed to create a sense of continuous space defined by clear glass partitions as we felt appropriate to use natural light as the key element of our project.
The main stairwell, now unveiled, is transformed in to a focus point which diffuses natural light throughout all five floors blurring the boundaries between spaces.

Integrated audio, video, lighting, security control system were specified throughout the whole house. Bespoke glass hob and sink were designed for the kitchen as well as new pieces of furniture for the study, bedrooms and bathrooms. In the basement we created a spa area with gym, sauna and a large Jacuzzi.

The top floor opens onto a terrace that offers one of the most breathtaking views in London. The spectacular lounge with its ultra-modern home theatre is a perfect entertaining area.
