Neville Street / South Kensington

Our project for this Grade II Listed terrace house in Chelsea was in first place focused on the refurbishment of the whole building, and at a second stage, was completed with the design of the conservatory and the rear garden.

The aim was to create a very contemporary design with neat details and neutral colours to improve the sense of space and light in this traditional Victorian house.

We worked very closely with RBKC Council's conservation team to fully refurbish and extend the property to the rear with the addition of a frameless glass enclosure.

Our goal was to revitalize and allow continuity between ground, basement and garden level through the pure volume of the conservatory enhanced by the use of a structural glass floor.

We completed the project with the design of top quality bespoke furniture and the
specification of prestigious features and materials such as Wenge cabinetry, backlit glass and Travertine marble.

The rear garden was designed as an outdoor living space. A bespoke stainless steel railing, together with contemporary details and a careful selection of plants, transformed this hardly ever used garden in to a little oasis of tranquillity.
